Sheng Zhen Meditation ~ Union of Three Hearts

“Relax your body. Relax your mind. Open the Heart. Let go.” — Master Li Junfeng

Would you like to learn a simple, yet profound, technique for feeling more relaxed, clear, peaceful, loving, and connected within as well as to the world around you?

And how about experiencing a sense of expansion and merging with the Universe?

You can have all of this and more. All it takes is good instruction, a safe container, and time to practice.

So join certified Sheng Zhen instructor Rebecca Gould on Wednesday nights for this wonderful meditation; come every week or just drop in whenever you can.

Union of Three Hearts (also known as Zhongtian Yiqi) is a non-moving form of Sheng Zhen Meditation ~ in Motion and Stillness. Sheng Zhen (pronounced “shung jen”) literally means Sacred Truth and is further defined as Unconditional Love. Union of Three hearts is a seated, non-moving form of Sheng Zhen that involved moving the qi internally while sitting still. This practice helps cultivate qi-energy and trains the mind. As this practice quiets the mind, one is able to return to the Beginning to connect with Heaven, Earth and all of humanity.

No experience necessary. And it can also be done lying down if necessary.

Wednesdays at 6 p.m. Pacific, Oct 7-December 2. Drop in any occasionally, or come every week.

We end the meditation practice around 6:45 or 6:50 and will also have some time for Q&A and discussion for anyone who would like to stay and chat for a little while.

Sliding scale $5-10. Nobody turned away for lack of funds.

Registration required if you're not already registered for my other classes. Registering only puts you in my "online classes" list, not my general newsletter list.
