More details: Since my in-person Tuesday Thursday classes at the SJCC are temporarily cancelled, this class is happening online instead. We focus on Sheng Zhen Meditation in Motion and Stillness, which also consists of qigong.

Classes will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 to 10:50am PDT, and the Zoom room will stay open until 11:00 if you want to chat or have questions. And since this started out as ending at 10:30, we will transition out of one practice and into another around 10:30, so that anyone who needs to leave at 10:30 can do so. The primary form we’ll focus on during the first half hour is Sheng Zhen Healing, Stage 1.
