Join me for Union of Three Hearts Meditation, which is a seated, non-moving form of Sheng Zhen Meditation ~ in Motion and Stillness. This practice quiets your heart and mind and helps cultivate qi-energy and trains the mind. It helps you feel connected to Heaven, Earth, and all of humanity. Easy to learn, and you’ll be guided through it step by step. No experience required.

Weekly* drop in class on Thursdays starting February 27th—come every week or drop in occasionally. It’s up to you!
