Please note: this website is under construction. More content and design changes are in the works!
UPDATE: In the process of detoxing and decluttering my own life, I realized that what I need most right now is simplicity! So, I decided to merge my www.rebeccacliogould.com site with the new www.detoxyourlife.info site. But after 13 years of being in business, and some recent (and upcoming!) changes, I’m being very mindful about what I bring in to this new space. Therefore this website might be “under construction” through the rest of 2020. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, just contact me or visit my old website by clicking here. Thanks for your patience during this time of transition and change! :-)

How my dog pooping in front of this sign was like some sort of divine message about control and acceptance… and love.
Nothing like a big loss to put things in perspective. Whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a job, a dream… but maybe, just maybe, especially when it’s a loved one. It just seems to make so many other things seem unimportant.
The strangest thing happened the other day…. Within less than five minutes of raking leaves, I found myself thinking something I never thought I’d think…
Keeping it simple is sometimes easier said than done. But the K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple, Sweetie) idea is a helpful mantra for a recovering perfectionist like me.
As I prepare to publish Detox Your Life, the book, and to develop this site and start blogging here…
